The Controls Engineering Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the successful execution of controls engineering projects within IGS Project Engineering. Reporting to the Sr. Director of HTS MX, the Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering deliverables that meet customer expectations. This role will also play a crucial role in driving cost efficiency, implementing the right tools and processes, and supporting the achievement of business results and KPIs.
**Major areas of responsibilities**
- Supports IGS Project Engineering Organization and establishes professional relationships and communications with Managers, Program Managers, Operational leaders, Project Engineering discipline leaders and C&E team leaders, for project execution, special assignments, and key initiatives, as required.
