Job Description
Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for 12 month contract. The successful candidate with be responsible to support all recruitment activities including Job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
•Coordinate the advertising and approval process for new hires
•Manage candidate communications, pre-screening and interview scheduling
•Maintain recruitment data and analytics. Provide regular reports as required
•Support Early Talent and graduate recruiting activities,
•Maintain compliance with GDPR, related to recruitment
•Build strong stakeholder relationships
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment functions
•Knowledge of recruitment practices, and employment legislation
•Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
•Excellent communication skills
