You will drive the Co-op Ambassador program and enhance employer branding through effective social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for various roles
• Drive improvements in recruitment operations and efficiency
• Oversee co-op grant applications and promotions
• Act as brand ambassador through online platforms
• Conduct new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment administration
