How We Work
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, youβll have ownership over hiring for our Commercial and Customer Experience teams (and other non-tech roles) for the US, LATAM and APAC region, managing high-volume roles while also shaping broader talent initiatives like employer branding and process optimization.
We aim to work closely with hiring managers as trusted advisors, using data to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Everyone on the team is empowered to identify bottlenecks, optimize tools and workflows (especially in our ATS, Ashby), and help evolve our hiring playbook as we grow.
Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, especially for Commercial (GTM), Customer Experience, or other non-tech roles.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish at a native level.
