Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles across functions (Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles Manage job postings across platforms and optimize for visibility and quality Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes Drive structured and efficient interview workflows
