Job Title: Recruitment Specialist II (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Location: Toronto Office (Eglinton East or The Well, Downtown Toronto – Hybrid)

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Contract: Regular, Full-time

Education: College Diploma / Degree

Annual Base Salary: $55,000 CAD

• Assist in development of recruiting strategies.
• Build networks through the community to find qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and implement college/university recruiting initiatives, attending virtual career fairs.
• Conduct, coordinate, schedule and lead video call or in-person interviews with hiring and operations managers.
• Perform administrative duties and record keeping, including all candidate data.
