Applications are invited for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Human Resources Division, located at the Welland Campus with some travel to the Daniel J. Patterson Campus required.

This position is to cover a leave and approximate dates of the appointment are August 3, 2026, through January 4, 2028. The salary range is $76,029 to $95,038 with a target hiring salary of $76,029 to $85,534. Additional hours may be required as necessary.

Reporting to the Director of Talent and Organizational Development, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment and selection process to meet the staffing needs of both departments and clients. This role involves overseeing end‑to‑end hiring activities while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies and processes.
