About the role

We are looking for a specialist to own our employer brand content and candidate acquisition channels. You will write and optimize job descriptions, manage our referral program, and test emerging platforms - from Reddit to Quora - to identify where qualified candidates are most reachable. The role sits at the intersection of content strategy and performance analysis, requiring both creative output and data-informed iteration.
