What You Will Do

• Identify and monitor the company culture to ensure it aligns with company goals and promotes positive employee experience.

• Partner with managers and employees to resolve complex employee relation issues, including conducting workplace investigations, conflict resolution and addressing escalated concerns.

• Collaborate with the Employee Experience and broader HR team to facilitate and support the execution of Talent Management initiatives for assigned facility fostering a culture of coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with facility leadership and recommend policy/practice improvements.

• Facilitate the Talent Review Process for the facility and other assigned business groups.
