Position Summary

The Talent Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of learning programs that empower employees to grow and succeed. You will coordinate training logistics, support delivery, maintain documentation, manage learner inquiries, and provide technical support for learning systems. The role applies foundational project coordination practices to support the planning, execution, and tracking of learning initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and efficient delivery.
