About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Management Coordinator will support the Talent (HR) department in the administration and coordination of various functions such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training, and other HR processes for North America.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, responding to general inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and providing policy interpretation.
• Monitor the employee inbox and communicate with all staff in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Support core talent processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee change, and departures.
