We are looking for a Talent Partner who will support Canada-based manufacturing sites and oversee global talent program activation across our manufacturing footprint. This role acts as a strategic connector between local HR teams and global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring talent programs are deployed consistently, sustained effectively, and continuously improved worldwide-while maintaining hands-on partnership for Canada.

You will play a key role in overseeing global deployment governance, influencing sustainment strategies, and monitoring program effectiveness, while also supporting our manufacturing sites in Canada as the primary Talent partner for all leadership, engagement and wellness talent programs.
