• Plan daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee traffic management operations to ensure the safety of employees and the public.
• Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, clients, engineers, and relevant statutory bodies to coordinate works and obtain necessary approvals.
