Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Tax Calculation & Filing – Prepare annual income tax returns in accordance with country‑specific regulations, monthly and quarterly sales tax filings, and calculate deferred taxes with appropriate accounting treatment.
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation and contribute to the overall tax plan for efficiency and compliance.
- Tax Strategy & Reconciliation – Contribute to the implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Tax Payments & Foreign Trade Compliance – Calculate and file country‑specific tax payments (e.g., Brazil’s ICMS), manage customs payment processes and liaise with customs brokers for import/export regulations (e.g., Mexico’s PECE, Argentina’s Volante Electronico de Pago), and document supplier‑issued compliance documents.
