Role Overview

Peakhill is seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial Director, Tax, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, to lead the organization’s end-to-end tax function. The role will have accountability for Canadian, U.S., and international tax matters, including compliance and reporting, planning, transaction support, and investor communications. The Director, Tax will operate in a hands-on capacity, particularly in complex and time-sensitive matters, while also managing external advisors across jurisdictions and liaising with senior leadership directly. This is a newly established role that reflects the growth of Peakhill into new areas of business with complex tax considerations. This role is based in Peakhill’s Toronto office, and is a full time in-office position.
