Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Tax Litigation Lawyer (4–8 years of experience) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

• Represent clients in all stages of tax disputes and litigation, from initial CRA audits through to appeals and Tax Court / Federal Court.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and submissions, and appear before Tax Court / Federal Court, where appropriate.
