About the position

We are looking for a hands‑on Tax Manager who will own and drive the tax agenda at Vår Energi. The role will ensure an optimal tax position with full compliance to Norwegian tax legislation, and hold professional accountability for tax compliance, tax risk and reporting quality. It will act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and work closely with the business to ensure tax is an integrated part of decision‑making.

The role goes beyond compliance. It will further develop the tax discipline by combining solid governance with forward‑looking tax planning, innovation and continuous improvement. This is a role that combines expertise with ownership, execution and sound business judgement.
