Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Taxonomist and Knowledge Architect to join the Information Architecture team within the oCXO Fan Intelligence group. You will be a strategic partner to our Franchise Analytics teams, designing and advocating for architecture solutions that improve how we deliver insights for campaign planning and executive decision‑making across marketing and customer experience. You will bridge the gap between traditional library science and modern data engineering, explaining semantic relationships to stakeholders and writing utility scripts to automate metadata pipelines. You are a proactive problem‑solver who understands how data structures drive business value in a high‑scale environment.
