**Purpose of the Role**:
As TCP Sales and Operations Manager, you will lead business development efforts in your assigned area, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing TCO’s market share. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, support customers with technical solutions, and play a key role in introducing our full product portfolio to the market.
