Job Description
Position Summary:
The T&E Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organizationβs Travel & Expense (T&E) operations with a primary focus on corporate card administration, compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The role ensures efficient management of card programs, maintains operational controls, and provides high-quality support to cardholders and management.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage all aspects of corporate card programs, including new card applications, cancellations, limit adjustments, and cardholder updates.
β’ Monitor card usage and proactively resolve cardholder issues, working closely with the card provider.
β’ Prepare and deliver standard and reports for management review.
β’ Maintain accurate documentation and records for operational and audit purposes.
β’ Provide day-to-day support to cardholders regarding card usage, policy questions, and system navigation.
