Teaching Assistant (Full Time, Temporary)
Bishop Auckland, DL14
£462.80 - £525 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )
September 2026 – July 2027
The School and Role
On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly school in Bishop Auckland, DL14. Working as part of an established team, the Teaching Assistant will be supporting a child in Year 2 with additional needs on a 1:1 basis. The needs of the child includes Autism and sensory awareness. The role would be 5 days a week, 8.30am – 3.30pm. Experience working with children with SEND would be essential. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
Experience of working with primary school aged children
Experience of working with pupils with SEND
A passion for the progress of primary school pup...
