Team Lead Business Solution Design & Delivery
Locations : Paris, Fr or Switzerland
As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Head of Business Solution Design & Delivery will oversee a pool of 20-25 Business Solution Design and Delivery colleagues. These Business Solution Design and Delivery colleagues are supporting projects in the solution design based on the E2E knowledge of processes and systems, and partners with the program managers on the roll-out of initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
The Team Lead Business Solution Design & Delivery will be responsible for:
People Management: Will own the day to day aspects of people management covering hiring, onboarding, development, performance management and support of individual team members. Further the HR administration including time tracking, holiday tracking, performance tracking, input in compensatio...
