Hiring: Team Lead – Quality Analyst (GenAI) | Remote (PST/EST)

We’re looking for a Team Lead – Quality Analyst to drive data quality excellence across our Generative AI programs. This role combines hands-on quality review, team leadership, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote in Mexico (project-based schedule across EST/PST; must be available during PST core hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver project-specific training to annotators, reviewers, and QA teams
• Review and audit annotated data using sampling, rubric scoring, and error analysis
