Compliance Operations serves as the 1LOD function within Checkout.com, where the teams in Compliance Operations are responsible for performing sanctions screening and transaction monitoring reviews throughout the merchants’ lifecycle. • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Compliance Operations team.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Checkout.com's operating principles (Talk Straight, One Team, Fundamentally Positive), establishing a high-trust, high-performance culture from day one.
