Make a difference as a Team Leader in the Youth Transitional Housing Program at Whitby House. Engage with male-identifying youth to foster independence while adhering to supportive, structured guidelines.

This temporary role, reporting to the Program Manager, involves supervising and mentoring staff in a nurturing environment for youth aged 16 to 18. You will lead summer programming and ensure adherence to policies while fostering collaboration with youth and community agencies. A mix of days, evenings, and weekends will be expected in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff daily through coaching and feedback
• Lead summer programming initiatives with youth involvement
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for the house
• Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures
• Oversee documentation and follow-up of program files

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of residential setting experience
