This role sits at the intersection of learning strategy, people leadership and organisational change.
As Team Leader, Learning and Development, you’ll be responsible for shaping how learning and capability is designed, delivered and experienced across the organisation. This isn’t about rolling out shiny solutions or wholesale transformation.
