Role Overview

As a Team Lead you will provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. You will implement escalation channels, lead the team through transitions, establish goals, and influence strategy through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to direct reports.
• Implement escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
• Lead a high‑performing team during transitions, building problem‑solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.
• Establish goals and work with direct reports on strategies for execution, measurement, and sharing results.
• Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence team strategy.
