You provide direction to daily operations, lead your team on content and quality, and make sure every trailer leaves our site exactly as you would expect from Broshuis: perfectly finished and technically reliable.

In this role, you keep the operation running smoothly. You monitor the planning, allocate tasks and ensure that remaining issues are resolved on time and to the highest quality standards. Thanks to your technical expertise, you act as a sparring partner for your team and coach employees in their professional development. You also ensure a safe working environment and keep administrative processes well organised.
