As a Technical Analyst on FCCβs Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for IT support. Your role involves diagnosing technical problems and communicating solutions effectively to users. You will maintain precise documentation, improve knowledge base content, and apply ITIL practices for a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide IT support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
β’ Troubleshoot first-level IT issues across systems and applications
β’ Investigate and resolve service desk incidents and requests
β’ Monitor daily technologies and escalate issues as required
β’ Collaborate with internal teams for efficient resolution
Requirements:
β’ 2β4 years of service desk experience
