The Technical Assistant will be responsible for supporting AUXSOL’s technical service operations, assisting solar integrators with inverter configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to solar integrators, helping them resolve operational and configuration issues.
• Assist customers in configuring AUXSOL equipment for optimal system performance.
• Perform electronic repairs on inverter boards in the company laboratory.
• Prepare and organize replacement shipments of inverters to customers.
• Maintain technical documentation and spreadsheets related to support operations.
• Manage inventory control of spare parts and equipment.
• Request invoice issuance (NF) from the fiscal department when necessary.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper dispatch of replacement equipment.
