We’re seeking an experienced Technical Claims Specialist to manage complex automotive warranty claims and provide specialist technical advice across the claims function.
What you’ll do:Assess and manage technical warranty claims Validate diagnostics, repair pathways, labour times and parts pricing Review service records, fault codes and repair documentation Liaise with dealers, repairers, customers and external assessors Clearly explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders What you’ll bring:Master Mechanic qualification or equivalent senior technician experience Strong expertise with European vehicles Advanced diagnostic and mechanical knowledge Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
