:Day-in a life:
  • Respond to technical inquiries from technicians and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze product health data to identify trends and issues.
  • Document findings and communicate solutions to service teams and Caterpillar.
  • Monitor and update product problem records in relevant systems.
  • Provide timely feedback and recommendations to improve product reliability and performance.

    • Major Job Responsibilities:

    • Be the Subject Matter Expert that technicians count on to deliver fast, expert technical support to field and shop teams, leveraging your and your teams know‑how and powerful tools like the PSCRM to keep equipment running smoothly.
    • Tackle real product challenges by identifying, managing, and resolving product health issues in partnership with Caterpillar, internal specialists, and external vendors.
