✅ Migrate cloud-based Oracle (RDS) databases to PostgreSQL (configuration, data, procedures)

✅ Support the removal of Oracle Spatial

✅ Ensure data integrity, security, and performance during and after migration

✅ Define and maintain backup & recovery strategies

✅ Monitor and optimize databases for high availability and scalability
