Role Overview
The Technical Lead ServiceNow will be the technical reference of the ServiceNow platform internally, acting on two main axes: governance and administration of the instance, and management of the technical delivery of a contract with a third-party supplier.
What You Will Do
- Manage the technical contract AMS, act as a focal point between the third-party supplier and the organization.
- Administer and govern the ServiceNow platform.
- Define and maintain technical development standards.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
- Interface with business stakeholders.
- Support IT leadership in evolving the platform roadmap.
