Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. This position is designed to strengthen technical leadership, guide modern software architecture adoption, and ensure high‑quality delivery across our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is not only a strong developer but also a proactive leader who can mentor others, communicate effectively with international clients, and drive innovation within our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development efforts within a pod, ensuring predictable and high‑quality delivery.
• Define, document, and communicate system architectures capable of handling significant traffic and complex data flows.
• Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with business priorities, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns (DDD, Hexagonal, ...
