• Delivery & Execution Management
• Directly manage the execution lifecycle for three cross‑functional software teams .
• Ensure alignment between engineering output and product requirements.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Schedule and drive all team ceremonies , including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by using retrospectives to refine team velocity and quality.
• JIRA Power User & Process Architect
• Own the configuration and hygiene of JIRA boards , workflows, and automation.
• Establish standardized reporting structures (dashboards, burndown charts, and velocity trackers) to provide real‑time visibility into work‑in‑progress (WIP).
