**What You’ll Do:**
+ Manage global team in the following competencies: Quality Management Systems (QMS), GPDD Project Management Office (PMO), and Product & Technology Development Processes- Provide direct reports leadership including performance management, career development, staffing and recruiting.
+ Develop technical competency and capability, including associate competency development, technology development and knowledge management. - Coordinate the knowledge areas in the scope of the Process Management Team. - Ensure support and resource deployment for all projects where the respective competency is required
+ GPDD PMO - Governance Manager Global Integrated Release - Set governance and processes to support implementation of global operating model- GPDD project schedule, cost and resource planning process- Support GPDD Finance with defining AOP- Maintain efficient & effective Portfolio & Project Management processes, acting as one global ...
