This is a fully remote position, PJ contract and salary range is 28-35/hr USD.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Delivery/Project Leadership in software/product environments.

- Strong experience working with engineering teams (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations) and translating requirements into execution plans.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams with dependencies, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.

- Comfort operating in Agile delivery environments and facilitating common delivery ceremonies.

- Strong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders—written, verbal, and executive-ready status reporting.

- Proven organizational skills: structured thinking, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
