**The Team:**
The Technical Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively working with Strategic Accounts globally, serving as the single point of contact for all technical questions and firm-wide issues for both S&P Global and client stakeholders. The team values collaboration, customer-centricity, and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
**Responsibilities and Impact:**
+ Serve as the Technical Relationship Manager for a set of assigned Strategic Accounts, managing all Capital IQ Solutions technical initiatives and escalations.
+ Assist Account Directors and Relationship Managers with technology-related matters, leveraging appropriate S&P Global resources to resolve issues and implement technology initiatives effectively.
