Position Summary

The Technical Resource (TR) provides advanced technical expertise and operational support to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance within the department. The TR serves as the subject matter expert and collaborates closely with Supervisors, Medical Scientific Staff, and Quality teams to support technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Status: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hrs per week)

Schedule: Float position; full availability required from Sunday to Saturday, potentially mornings, evenings, graveyards, or as operationally needed.

Discipline: High Volume Chemistry

Union: BCGEU collective agreement

Start: ASAP

Additional Information: TRs are expected to complete projects that Go-Live on Sunday evenings up to Monday mornings.
