Technical Sales Representative – Concrete Admixtures

Location: Edmonton Region, Canada. Report to: Regional Sales Manager.

Salary: 75,000 – 80,000 CAD per year, with performance incentive up to 100% of base salary.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities in a designated territory to increase market share and drive top-line sales performance.
• Develop new customer product testing programs to demonstrate superior product performance.
• Implement operational company policies and strategies consistent with approved procedures to achieve company objectives.
• Develop sales territory to ensure optimum market performance and provide sales forecast.
• Develop total cost optimization programs with accounts to maximize customer savings and Sika product offerings.
