Role: Technical Sales Representative (Feed Additives & Premix)

Location: Trouw Nutrition – 600 James Street South, St. Mary’s, Ontario

Hours/Shift: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm – flexible)

Responsibilities

• Own a territory (Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes) and quota for the specialty feed additives and premix portfolio.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business while expanding share with existing accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline from lead generation through close.
• Run structured discovery to uncover customer needs and buying drivers; translate technical insights into clear, value-based proposals that win.
• Coordinate and execute on-farm/feed-mill trials as part of the sales process, quantify results and ROI, and move opportunities forward with timely follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
