Summary: The Technical Services Representative is responsible for responding to technical inquiries from the customer, leading customer trials and qualifications, and coordinating product development and support work with the research and development team. The TSR works in tandem with the Market Manager-Flexible Packaging, VP Sales, and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to provide technical support to existing and new customers. The TSR is responsible for visiting customers to provide technical support, coordinating and performing follow up analysis, supporting product development, preparing technical reports and product samples, and presenting technical analysis. This position acts as the primary technical resource for flexible packaging and rigid markets for the Canada East and Canada West territories.
