Overview

As a Technical Service Representative , you will serve as PPG's onsite representative, ensuring customer satisfaction with our Automotive Coatings products. You will deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on color and appearance control to meet customer specifications. This role partners closely with Plant Operations and Management to support customer success, achieve PPG business objectives, and drive continuous improvement and effective problem resolution. Specialized Training will be provided for the role. This position reports to the Optima Solutions Regional Manager and you will be based at our customer's location in Stoney Creek, ON.

Responsibilities
