Purpose of Role

The position plays a key role in ensuring high quality customer service, supporting all field activities, and overseeing deployment and maintenance planning in alignment with established standards. This position requires hands‑on participation in installation and maintenance projects across LATAM, as well as providing technical training and essential administrative support. The Field Services Lead serves both as a role model and an administrative for the Regional Field Service Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Regional Field Services Technicians of Motion Metrics, schedule and supervise the field service activities in Brazil.
• Conduct technical training sessions for diverse audiences—customers and internal teams—tailored to varying levels of expertise.
