The Technical Specialist, Project Management for the Building Upgrade Program, provides multi-disciplinary work to develop, maintain and deliver centralized coordination functions in support the delivery of Client-Partner capital renewals, services to support the delivery of routine to moderately complex infrastructure projects, capital renewal planning and/or real property development planning programs.

Key and Periodic Activities

The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not all-inclusive:

Primary

• Support data-centered development and management of capital renewal program in conjunction with Client-Partner
• Research, prepare and present documentation required for capital renewal projects (e.g. approvals, statements of work, projects charters, budgets, policies and procedures)
