Job Description
Join McMillan as a Technical Support Analyst, providing hands-on IT solutions in Calgary. Demonstrate your troubleshooting skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
In this role, you will support Level 1 and 2 technical issues while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing service requests, documenting issues, and coordinating onsite support for video conferencing technologies. You'll also monitor service desk operations and work alongside teams to ensure a smooth IT service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for computer systems and mobile devices
• Monitor service desk queues and manage support requests
• Document all service requests in Service Now ticketing system
• Set up Audio/Visual technology in meeting rooms
• Collaborate on local IT troubleshooting and special projects
