Job Description
Enhance application support skills with UFA as aTechnical Support Analyst III, focusing on critical systems and endpoints. This full-time role involves troubleshooting, enhancements, and collaboration across applications.
Reporting to the Sr Manager of IT Cardlock and Retail Services, this role is vital in providing timely support for Point of Sale and Cardlock incidents. You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations at UFA Petroleum locations. Using your experience in application support, you will assist with software and hardware issues, documentation, and testing enhancements in our lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Point of Sale incidents and requests
• Troubleshoot Cardlock-related software and hardware issues
• Assist in configuration updates and release deployments
• Coordinate with internal development teams for issue resolution
