The Technical Support Analyst, Hardware is responsible for the 24x7 lifecycle management, administration, troubleshooting, and production support of Tangerine’s Windows and Linux server environments. This role provides hands‑on support across server hardware, operating systems, software platforms, and server hardening activities. The analyst supports both physical and virtual server platforms (VMware ESXi), VDI infrastructure for core banking systems and contact centres, as well as production and development environments. Key responsibilities include vulnerability management, firmware updates, patching, and disaster recovery readiness across Windows and Linux platforms.
