We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for bus operations, ensuring the proper diagnosis, maintenance, and resolution of technical issues related to vehicle systems.

IMPORTANT: This is a technician - support role. It´s not related with design, manufacture or sales

• Provide technical support for bus maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities.
• Assist service centers and field technicians in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, electronic, and vehicle control system issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for technical concerns.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and technical evaluations when required.
